Pinnacle Dental Partners is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Associate Dentist to join our team. Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, diagnoses, and treatment planning.
- Perform a range of dental procedures, including restorative, preventive, and cosmetic treatments.
- Build rapport with patients, ensuring comfort and understanding throughout their treatment journey.
- Educate patients on oral health, hygiene, and preventive care.
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative staff to ensure efficient practice operations.
- Stay current with industry trends, technologies, and best practices through continuing education and professional development.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with regulations and practice policies.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to a positive workplace culture.
Qualifications
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- Active state dental license (or in the process of obtaining one) and malpractice insurance.
- Strong clinical skills and a commitment to high-quality patient care.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with patients of all ages.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
